Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete your account and your personal data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Delete from Within the App (Fastest)

1. Open the FitCreature app.

2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

3. Confirm your request.

Your account and personal data will be queued for deletion immediately and fully removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Submit a Request by Email

If you can't access the app, email us at contact.us@devtegra.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line:

Please include:

Your registered email address

Your username (if you remember it)

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request. This protects you from unauthorized deletion requests.

What Gets Deleted

When you submit a verified deletion request, we will delete from our active systems:

Your account and profile information (username, display name, avatar, email, password hash)

All workout data you've logged (exercises, sets, reps, weights, session dates, notes)

Any optional body metrics you've added

Your app progress, preferences, and settings

Any in-app purchases and associated content tied to your account

Your social connections within the app

Your support correspondence with us

Progress photos are already stored only on your device - they never reach our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Deleting the app removes them from your device.

What We May Retain

A small amount of information may be retained after deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you (for example, statistics about overall app usage).

Financial and transaction records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, retained as long as required by law.

Records needed to respond to legal claims or regulatory requests, retained only as long as necessary.

Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days before they are overwritten in the normal course of backup rotation.

Timing

We respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days. In rare cases where a request is particularly complex, we may extend the period by an additional 30 days and will let you know if that happens.
